** For symbolic reasons, it’s important to have the Candlelight Vigil with Capitol Hill in the background. However, for safety reasons, we cannot have this activity take place at night. Therefore, we’ve hired a professional photographer who will use special filters to ensure that the pictures turn out just right – i.e., not too light given the time of day. Other group photos will also take place with Capitol Hill in the background. If time, we may even try to organize the first EndoMarch-member yellow ribbon formation.

As part of Worldwide EndoMarch 2016, please join Dr. Farr Nezhat on the Plaza of NBC’s TODAY show on Friday morning, March 18th and Saturday morning, March 19th. We hope to be seen and heard by millions of TODAY show viewers.

Registration is required.

Participants must pre-register individually with the TODAY show to check in and pass security, so please make sure you RSVP at http://TODAY.com/visit. Familiarize yourself with the process by reading the TODAY show’s “visit” content.

On the registration form, where they ask the reason for your visit, select “Other” and enter the following description:

“I would like to raise awareness about Endometriosis and hold a banner to that effect coincident with Worldwide EndoMarch 2016. Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women.”

The EndoMarch team will be providing a banner and we plan to arrive at 6:15 a.m. to secure a desirable location.

Of course, it’s a good idea to wear YELLOW ~ !
