Dr. Redan has been performing laparoscopic and thoracoscopic procedures since the infancy of this specialty in 1989. He has been involved with the development of Minimally Invasive Oncology Surgery, Hand-Assisted Laparoscopic Surgery (HALS), and Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery (NOTES). Dr. Redan is now the Medical Director of Minimally Invasive General Surgery at Florida Hospital—Celebration Health.
